Don't Do Drugs Kids

This is an digital art piece I produced on Photoshop. This is my original character Arrow Rose who has an addictive personality who learnt it off of his big brother who also struggled with substance abuse.
This was also inspired by the works of 'Arcane' on Netflix! I was obsessed with Jinx and her hideout and so I decided to play around with colours again with her in mind- that is why the background is so bright and almost scratchy.

Arrow has tints of rainbow in his skin due to the fact his species can manipulate and control any object with a reflection (A Fleck Elf)- Arrow's favourite product to use as a weapon is gasoline/petrol, which usually has a rainbow effect when you see it on the streets- I wanted to try and make the same rainbow effect on his skin as a nice subtle nudge towards his abilities.

I may also turn this into an animation later on so keep your eyes peeled on that!
